Its fine as is ... we can't let Fen have every thread containing random GM news afterall.
Anyway, when I first saw those numbers was 'oh, kinda figured it would be a bit more'. Then I regained my perspective: thats roughly a 50 hp gain & another 150 ft-lbs of torque over the current engine. Wonder if anyone will hit 500/1000 soon or will things get scaled back for emissions/fuel economy before that happens.

the torque is incredible on these...
ok, now what can I buy to justify needing this 2500HD for towing...

The ball is in Cummins' court now I suppose.
We'll see how they update against the 440/925 Powerstroke and now this 445/910 Duramax. Hard to believe 385/900 is back of the pack, interesting times indeed.
