Good to see that Ford finally has an all motor car making more than 500hp....Chevy did that in 2007 with the Z06

The mustang has been kicking chevy ass since 19641/2. That is why we have had so many great Camaros over the years. The overall sales don't lie.

everyone makes a big deal about it being faster than the z28.....the next model will almost always be faster than the previous....ford knew it had to bring it to beat the z28 and they knew what number it had to beat....so OBVIOUSLY it is going to beat it? just like if chevy went back they could change a ton with the z28 to make it faster than the gt350r...not a big deal...everyone should realize that and just appreciate the age we are in because the cars are amazing nowadays.

I did not notice in the article, but what is the price of the 350 and the 350R?

I think the 350 is $51000.00 and it is a $6000.00 bump for the 350R. But I doubt any of the 350R's will sell at MSRP ,I'm sure the dealers will add on an ADM and squeeze out as much profit as they can . And you get carbon fiber wheels with the 350R

Considering there will only be a 100 made the first year I would guarantee it. Oh yeah and supposedly there are only 37 350r s being released the first year.

There will be more than 137 made the first calendar year of production. The first 137 will be VIN'd as a 2015 model year, the rest will be sold as 2016 MY cars. The most credible information available today indicates they will produce around 5000 2016 GT350's with ~500 of the being R's.

Yes, many dealers with an R allocation are currently asking a significant ADM, but there seems to be plenty of base GT350 deals being made at MSRP.
