radio problems anyone else

Ok when I first start the car sometimes the xm radio won't play. It is showing the station and what is playing but no music. This only happens on xm . Am and Fm is fine I believe it is a software problem. Looking to see if anybody else had this problem or is their a tsb on this problem. thanks

I have had that happen twice. It seems to happen after I lowered and raised the hidden compartment panel on the dash. The first time it restarted after I turned the car off. Not so the second time. The second time, it came back after I engaged AM radio. It's happened at about a one month interval.

It certainly can be a real,defect but Sometimes the car on start gets confused with surges, many new cars are doing this.

Turn off radio before shutdown and back on after you start it and it settles into idle.
