http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/show...tion-1527.html Doesn't look much better than the standard 2015 Stang??

There really is nothing about it that I like, and I don't think it's the fanboy in me saying that. It just looks like a sedan with two less doors.

So far I have really liked the 15 Mustang design...but it looks really boring in white.

Color me underwhelmed.
I never liked the 'corral' surrounding the horse logo on the grille, and I've always hated the 1/4 window louvers on Mustangs. Don't like them on '65-'66s and I don't like them here. Come to think of it, I've never really been crazy about the '65-'66 Mustangs to begin with (with the exception of the GT350). I see what they tried to do with the wheels, but it doesn't do anything for me, and the white paint makes it look dull and bloated. I was kinda hoping Ford would make a 50th anniversary edition that would amount to more than just a couple of tacked-on psuedo-retro bits (which IMO work on the current S197 cars, but here, not at all) like I see here, or some lame badges, but it looks the cynic in me was right again. Chalk up another unworthy anniversary edition for the Mustang. That Guard gray looks fantastic, though. Compliments the lines of the 2015 far better than white, in my opinion.

I hate the look in white. Love the red and yellow. Still first car I've seen in black and blue that doesn't look sexy. Still, the car's grown on me.

They knocked it out of the park with the interior. Wish the exterior looked as good.
Also, window louvers look really dumb when the quarter window is attached to the main one. All white mustangs should have blue rally stripes. Come to think of it, I haven't seen this body style with stripes yet. Wonder how it would look? |

Interior looks good, exterior is very sedan-ish.

Honestly this car is really growing on me. The only thing that would prevent me from buying it would be the powertrain. The 5.0 will not be able to keep up with an LT1 in an Alpha chassis unless they make a DI version of the Coyote.

And I thought the bowtie on the 5th Gen Camaro is too big.. that Mustang emblem is huge. The package itself looks too plain jane imo. I saw the new Mustang at the Detroit Auto Show and really liked the GT package.
