I think we'd all prefer it if we didn't. For example, Sh!t, and F*ck. are "acceptable"...but otherwise aren't seen kindly.

There are always alternative terms to use. Dang, darn. friggen.....etc.

Its also generally more effective when people use alternatives to such words, at least online. In person its different, you can hear inflection and read body language. But here, all we have are words and smilies. Also, ocassional use of the 'lesser' swears is generally tollerated. However, alternatives can be found. For example:

"What the f*ck!?!?!" is not very good
"What the hell?!?!?!" is better
"What the . . . ?!?!?" is best

^Right.

And, if you need to ask......all eyes will be on YOU now!

I don't like to cuss on the boards....although I usually do a "d@mn" or something like that. If it's certain cuss words, I will delete them or change them altogether. I mean, c'mon...some words don't neeeeed to be used on the site for all to read...a little class is nice...along w/ some respect for the other members.

Thanks.

I couldn't agree with you more TAG! I might slip from time to time, but I’ve come to realization that cussing a swearing make you look ignorant, uneducated and just plain stupid! The English language has (if not the largest) one of the largest vocabularies in the world...I say, in the sake of good form…lets try using it!
