Day off paid here, I'm going for potato salad, pork sirloin chops on the grill and some shish-ke-bobbed veggies.

Did a pork loin last night, venison burgers the night before. No BBQ for me tonight, taking out the motorcyles for a cruise.

I dont boil or oven, all grill with my side smoker. 225-250* for about a half a day(depends on the weight of the ribs/amount of ribs, temp and humidity of the day and the wind). That pic was taken 4 hours ago, gonna check em in about an hour and see.

We are having steamed mushrooms, leeks, Bruxelles sprouts, turnip greens, an artichoke with small fillets of steamed pollock. We shall probably have some dry Russian rye bread with sliced raw tomato on the side. All to be washed down with some non-alcoholic beer or low sodium generic vegetable juice. Yum yum!
