Insane co-workers poll.

Ok if you don't listen to rock do not read.

If you do, read please. and give your opinion

Ok here is the deal i was listening to some music, i was listening to Megadeth and my co-worker was listening to Metallica. You guessed it, another megadeth vs Metallica, well anyways we talked about what we were playing then we started arguing about who is better and what is better our boss came along to drop some utilities and he wanted to know what was going on and then he started getting into it too, while we were arguing i heard several voices coming from the customers and other workers from outside the walls saying "megadeth chris!" (chris= co-worker) and "metallica bro!" from customer and atleast 3 more yells. To make it short I vote megadeth.

I know some of this stuff is everywhere ,but not in these forums. So Take a vote, who is better Megadeth or Metallica?

Metalica. I've allways went with the more soothing of the big time rock bands. I'm a big 'glamour rock' guy from the 80s so gotta go with Met.

I liked Metallica but their newer stuff is NOT good!
Megadeth has only a few good songs...

Yes i like metallica also, but i like to pretend that the band went away from earth after the black album, and the new metallica is bile, people are looking foward to megadeth now, i hope their new stuff ain't crappy becuase their last album slipped bad in my opinion.

But that Black album, i will never forget!

They didnt leave earth, they did get sober and the music suffered!

Voted Metallica based on work up through the Black album (and Justice for All...what a compilation of "badassery") but recently I have got to say Megadeth has kept a harder edge - If I hear Cyanide one more time I might just use it...

Interesting take on Metallica. My feelings? I think they got much better on the Black album, and everything after that. I dont really like their early stuff, or the last album, as I think it sounds too "thrashy" like their early stuff!

Have always like both.

Metallica is top choice for me though.

Some people like to say that Metallica sold out and went soft with the Black album. I say that BLACK is what turned Metallica on to the world and made them one of the biggest and best selling bands of all time.

After literally playing that CD until the paint was rubbing off, I decided to go back to their roots and listen to their old stuff. I already had Master of Puppets and And Justice For All, but never really listenened to them until then. What I found was that I liked their early stuff alot too. It's hard-rocking

and badass.

It made me appreciate the band and their ability to expand their talents more than anything.
