Carfax problem at trade-in time

My mom went to the Subaru dealer today to hopefully trade her 2010 GMC Terrain in for an Outback 2.5 Limited. When they appraised her GMC, they made her a low offer based on the Carfax report. It shows that her GMC was in a ROLLOVER ACCIDENT and then hit a MOTORCYCLE! In fact, she was stopped at a light and a motorcycle slid on its side and hit her in the back causing very minor damage to her bumper cover. About $1100 total damage and is perfectly repaired.

Has anyone had any experience getting incorrect Carfax or Autocheck info corrected? She won't be able to get enough for her GMC to make the Outback deal work with this bad info in place. Thanks for any input. (Yes, I have found Carfax's page for requesting corrections, but I've also read that they are very unresponsive).
