Nascar 2009 Season

What are your predictions for the upcoming season? I think that a Roush racing driver will win the sprint cup championship, Chevy will get the most wins, Dodge will hold their own, and Toyota as a whole will do poorly, but Kyle Bush will still do well.

Look for another year with A Henderick driver winning the Chamionship, I hope Toyota has a bad year, don't think they will. Gibbs racing and Roush will fight for second.

It's going to be good... a lot of teams merging together and making them stronger. I'm a Stewart fan my self. I think he'll do good but i doubt he'll finish too strong being a new team. I hope Jr. does better this year. As good as Hendrick and Childress and Roush will be i'd still watch those toyota teams like Gibs, especially with drivers like Bush and Hamlin. Should be a lot of fun to watch.

I dont know I just have the daytona on just to watch the Camaro pace it lol. thats the extent of my nascar knowlage

The prerace stuff is on now but the race should be around 3ish .I thinks Sterart Haus Racing will do pretty good this year. They use Hendrick motors and Haus has a whoooole lot of money to get anything they need.

I really don't have a favorite since Sr. passed away. I'll be rooting for a Chevy (unless its driven by Jr.).

All four a #48 Never-B-4 Championship! But its not likely... I think Tony will do well, he's pretty happy to be back in a Chevy, thats for sure! Any Hendrick Championship would be great, and any Chevy Championship would be good!

Hopefully Toyota tanks and dies, and some Fords and Dodges wreck. There was a pretty good pile up of Toyotas and Dodges today! That was a good start!

I'm hoping the Stewart Haas racing team does well, both Stewart and Newman. I also have to root for Kurt Busch b/c of his sponsor- the best beer car out there!

Moose, a big Sr. fan, so why so negative about Jr.? I always thought Dale Sr. was a bit too arrogant. You can be good without the attitude. Jr. on the other hand is down to earth and rather cool, although he sure had a day of big mistakes today.

Hopefully the Hendricks boys come through in '09, preferably Jeff.

Agreed, Camaro69, big shame the old man couldn't finally win it.
