I was just going to post this video up yesterday! I think its just some crazy lady who thinks that she is talking on a phone. My son puts different objects up to his ear all the time pretending to be on the phone. Also there were no networks back then for the phone to even work on. Unless of course there was stuff floating around up in space that we didn't know of. Sputnik 1 wasn't even up until 1957. To many things going against it right now.

If it was a time traveler talking on his/her cell phone then he was talking to dead air because none of the infrastructure was in place to make it work back then. The Phone would have been worthless.
