gt500 1/4 mile guarantee?
I had a question about the 2011 gt500. My buddy just got one and he said the dealer told him that Ford/Shelby guarantees a 11.9 1/4 mile. If you run it and get time slips consistently slower, you submit them to Ford and the retune the car. Sounds odd.....just wondering if that accurate.?

That's a load of BS.
So they'll make it run 11.9's at any cost no matter who's driving it and then, when they break it doing that , they tell you to piss off on warranty because you were drag racing. |

Here's a stock 2011 GT500 with sticky tires vs a pullied 2007 GT500. 11.75 at 118 mph for the 2011 GT500. Not bad.
