465 mile drive 13yr old car. Some good results!

V8, M6 averaged 74.3mph and 23.3mpg!!! I only get 10.5 in the city. It’s still fast as heck though so I won’t complain.

That is what I get on the highway @75 mph. I too get 10 in the city. M6 mild cam & 3.91 gears. Gotta love them overdrive transmissions.

I'm about to make a 600 mile drive this Friday, unless my Jeep comes back from the shop b4.

I just drove to Alabama and back with my wife and 2 year old in the car. Roughly 700 miles round trip. Averaged 21 mpg with the supercharger. Not bad considering the car was weighed down with the whole family and a bunch of baby stuff! The tank is small though so I did have to stop each way to fill up.

I've made many long trips in my SS. Your right, at about 300 miles you better start looking for a gas station.
25 MPG is about the best you can do even babying it.

I had to do a couple trips to SC and took the Camaros for a shake down run in case I want to do Power Tour or something. Turbo car got 14 on e85 and vert got 18 on 93 with cruise set to 90 much of the time, traffic permitting. They both get around 11 in the city.

Took mine to Utah last year on a work trip, a week after I bought it. Was an awesome way to bond with the car. Think I was around 22.9mpg avg when I got it home. But it did see several 140+ stretches along the way.
