Called at 10:50am EST, got immediately put on hold, 5 minutes later spoke to someone and got room #96 of 150. All set and in under 10 minutes!
Just FYI for everyone - email confirmations of reservations will not be sent immediately, rather, they will be sent out Friday once everything is taken care of on their end. They said to reach out next Monday if you don't hear from them by then.
