I had a C6 LS3 that got 15-16 around town on 87 octane and 30+ on the road using 91 octane. I only used 91 on road trips. I now have C7 Z06 and only use 91 octane that gets 13-15 in town and an easy 27.5 on road. I'm pretty sure there is a way to reset the map back to original and it is not done via fuses. I thought I read an article that indicated the ECM recognized the difference in gas and used the corresponding fuel map but could be wrong. Someone on here should know. Until then, I'd start looking at other possibilities.
