I don't think he's blaming OnStar for anything. Just stating how stupid they are for telling him to push a button inside his car when he's locked out. Must not have been on their script...
1. Is customer locked out of his car? Yes/No
2. Doesn't matter, tell customer to press the blue button.
3. Tell customer "Sorry. Thank you, come again."
