Are you sure it's the pan that's leaking? At this point, I'd be looking for other sources. Clean up the engine with some kind of washer/degreaser, get a UV dye for the engine oil and a black light. This article mentions using foot powder spray as well. Either of these should work. With an aluminum pan leak, I always worry about a hairline crack in the pan itself. These pans appear to be diecast or low pressure cast.
