I was in the same situation. If you look at your “order type” on top of order, it probably is TRE (retail stock).
It should be SRE (retail sold)
Ordered local dealer 11/16 - 1100 status
Update 12/16 - 1100 status
Update 1/16 - 1100 status
Canceled 1/17
Order through Becky 1/17
1/21 - 2500 status
