Pediolyte powder works great. 1/2 pack in a bottle of water, repeat all day all week. Much lower sugar than Gatorade. Gotta get those electrolytes way up 3/4 days before the event. Water the day of is not enough.
At the LS Fest at BG a couple years ago, two people in my group at Beechbend ended up in the ER with heat exhaustion. It was low 90s that day.
