Just a friendly warning to other local corvette owners to avoid doing business with Jeff Gordon Chevrolet in Wilmington, NC.

I purchased a C7 from them and have had problems with the service department improperly changing the oil, using the wrong oil and even leaving the oil cap off.

When brought the attention of the dealer, they refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing, refused to apologize and furthermore refused to perform any further warranty or recall work on the car.

Even after paying $82,000 for their most expensive vehicle at the time and spending thousands on their platinum extended warranty, they refuse to honor the warranty. Extremely poor business practices, inept service department and no desire to correct their actions.

It seems they want nothing to do with corvette owners except to take their money.

They don't deserve your money and your corvette deserves better!
