DJ Grilles GT Photoshoot - Behind the Scenes

DJ Grilles is proud to release our GT grilles for the Stingray.

I have to say we've been thoroughly enjoying this car: from the pin point handling to all the engineering details under the hood and under the car.

We had some studio time for our press release shoot, thought you guys would enjoy a little behind the scenes.

We started with a fresh Stingray in the Artic White flavor. Beautiful car even in stock form, but the retainer of a grille needed a makeover.

With the ease of install of our grille, we decided we could do the install in the car cave. Its always hard to start work on a brand new car, but with extreme caution, we moved forward.

The OEM engineering can really be appreciated with the bumper off. The radiator shroud, brake ducts, and aero-panels all mate with directly to the front fascia.

First to shoot was our GT Strada grille with paint matched trim. Our grille initiates the division of air into the ducting of the above pic.

A quick grille swap and it was time to shoot the GT Corsa with standard black powder coated trim. The GT Corsa grille has the trim hardware exposed in contrast to the GT Strada.

Lastly we dim the lights and lengthen the exposure for the all important "money shot" shown up top. Our grille is fully reversible so it was easy switching between each of the setups, including stock.

We hope you guys enjoyed the read!
