Tire plugged in sidewall, should be replaced, the hole is outside the acceptable patch/plug area of the tire tread.
Also, reamer identical to the reamer shown, is used by being pushed in and out several times, and the rope plug used would be the thinner black plug rather than the thick brown plug.
When taking delivery on mine, right before I left the lot I spotted a screw in the tread of the right rear tire, had them swap out wheel/tire with another unit.
