Yes ..they can report "delivered" electronically,
... without the car physically there....

The Chevy tracking site is very basic in status and includes "bayed" as part of the shipping process..
...At this point in status:
Only the original ordering dealer can call The Dealer Business Center, for updates ...ie...railcar number... location....etc.
