Only get into HVAC if your are prepared to work long days, weekends and nights. Other than that you can make an okay living. I would say turning school if there is a need for that where you want to call home and you can have your own business. I can't image engine turners are in very high demand even though there seems to be very few good ones. Good luck with whatever you decide.
