I do the above, plus:
  • Crack windows slightly
  • Put charcoal/desiccant in a pan, inside (fight moisture)
  • Park on flat-stoppers (from race ramps)
  • Steel wool in exhaust (in case of critters)
  • Put removal checklist on drivers seat reminding me (or others) of all these things
  • Ensure garage thermostat is set to 52F minimum
