Guaranty Chevrolet has 3 Z06 Corvette Stingrays on the lot that are going to be sold at at dealer cost to get rid of them. I believe that 2 have the Z07 package. New lower prices should show up on the website any day now.

Update 5-21-16: I found out that they are waiting on a special promotional video to be made; and I get to make it. The video should be finished next week, and prices adjusted downwards sometime afterwards.
