Sudden sluggish feeling???? Knock/tick?

So wife took car in for oil change at dealer friday and i just drove it today. This morning normal driving, i didnt notice anything abnormal but it was 5am, cooler 77 ish and just normal easy driving. On my way home about 5pm, a bit warmer outside 100 ish, put some foot in it and the car felt like a dog. I often drive it in manual mode and was this time also and had traction completely off. I eased into the throttle from a light to wot in first and it almost felt like the trans was slipping or the traction was cutting power back. Pulled into my driveway and all looks normal. It now has alot more lifter tick than ever before with a periodic/random loud tick/clack at 1k or so holding rpm. Also when i restart it now has a obviouse knock right as it fires almost like its detonating and the throttle response seems to lag alot more.

This is my second camaro, i bought it new a year ago and it has 13k miles. Muffler delete, magnaflow true-x, airaid intake and a catch can. Otherwise stock drivetrain. I dont drive it like a grandma but i dont constantly beat tje piss out of it either. And so far only a couple short track sessions.

Any ideas of what to do?

Not sure what to do.
