Exactly. Lineup will probably be something like:
  • BASE: 2.0T 237hp / 258 lb/ft (announced)
  • UPLEVEL: 3.0TT 335 hp / 400 lb-ft (announced)
  • 2nd UPLEVEL (V-Sport?): 3.0TT 404 hp / 400 lb-ft (not announced yet)
  • V-Series: 4.2TT 550 hp / 627 lb-ft (not announced yet)

For the record, this is NOT based on any insider knowledge. Based on how we expect the 3-Series variants to roll out, this would be how Cadillac could match them with the CT5. If I was "King of Cadillac" it's the approach I would take.


Given how my prognostication went wrt XT6, it will probably never happen
