Heck yeah! Make a ZL1 class and just put a wheel dia rule to it. That would keep everyone fairly together in one class even if headers, CAI tune, stock.... anyone with serious mods will have no traction and can move to the mod class if running small dia wheel and DRs. One big ZL1 street class would be pretty cool.
