It was around 12 degrees max and would switch modes depending on speed and steering input.
Slow speed = opposing steering for a tighter turn radius (GM tech data claimed Saturn Sedan turning circle).
High Speed = crab steering (same direction), but slow transitions hardly noticeable by any operator.
