I am not familiar with 'sleeving'. Is it like hollowing out a muffler or similar? Looking forward to the new video. Glad you are happy.

The wall thickness is actually pretty good - within ANSI standards for tubing. But yeah, there was definitely not enough volume so what my son-in-law did was to put a sleeve (piece of smaller tubing) through part of the muffler so that exhaust would by-pass part of the sound-reducing material in it. It's like partially straight-piping part of the muffler.
