Once you remove the wheels and liners, you have full access to all the bolts. What took me the most time was disconnecting the wiring harness connector. It did not want to come apart. Make sure you pull the white tab completely out of the connector. Seems counter-intuitive but that is what it took to get mine apart. Total time from unpacking grille to wiping down the install was about 1.3 hours. Post a picture later.
