need help with rim sizing

I am currently on 20s and i am going to drop down to 18's.

I know i CAN go to 17's but i cant find a rim i like at all everything in that size is a drag pack type wheel and i just cant find one i wanna put on my car.

I am looking at some apex wheels but they only go down to 18's so i have decided 18's are better than the 20's i am on now.

I want to get a little sidewall flex.

what size can i run up front and out back can i fit a 12 inch wide 18 out back?

They make them in a 10 inch all the way to a 12 inch. i am looking for the most tire i can fit under my car without any rubbing as i will be around 1300 wheel and need as much traction as possible.

Can anyone help me with a width and an offset on these 18's?
