It was so hot, I couldn't wait to get outta there. But Jacksonville, and Perry, GA were just as hot! We didn't get into some (more) comfortible temps and humidities until Columbia, SC.
It was funny, by the time we got to Englishtown, NJ, we had to wear light jackets. Go figure.

Evening Doug, All!!! All of my show cars, from the time I started the hobby back in the late 70's, have always, and will probably always be black.
Being a native Floridian, anything below 80 degrees, I go into a coma.
It could be 99 everyday buddy, and that would be just fine with me. As for the black, I don't drive the cars enough for it to bother me, and with 13% tint, it's really not that bad. Says me, right?!?!?!?
Next time you come through, let me know and I'll see if there's a car show close by that you might enjoy. I live about 20 minutes SW of St. Augustine.
