I live about 15 minutes from the city, and even as a 15 year old kid, no. I'm not surprised at all, are politics are corrupt, are economy is shit, and we have no where to host it. Seriously? You wanna put the games in our "parks"? Aka the one block of random green placed randomly in the city? Maybe if we had put more money (Yea, more even though we spent a LOT in the first place) into cleaning it up (Roads, sidewalks, etc) it may have happened. Oh yea, it probably doesn't help that we have a ridiculously high crime rate either
