Hey Tford I just sent an email to my two aunts, one of which is a doctor in kansas city and the other is a nurse with 30 years experience, not to mention that my grandfather had trouble with sleep like you so they should be fairly knowledable about all of this. So I should have an answer or two for you in the next day or two.
