Funny you mention that, though...gets better hwy mpg than an Escape Hybrid. And I know real-world will show a difference, but that's the number most advertised today...I chuckled a little.  |
wouldnt the reason for the escape vs equinox be that the equinox is a crossover and escape is still built on an old small SUV platform.
i would venture to say equinox is likely lighter in weight and lower to the ground than an escape.
on a sidenote i fully expect Ford to discontinue the Escape and replace it with an Equinox like crossover.
