I'll be buying me an acre or two just outside of city limit for this exact reason. If they were reasonable, and didn't charge a fee, then maybe I could see somewhat of a benefit. But most that I have been around are truly PITA. Bitch and moan about any little tiny thing. But I digress........... Will not ever be an issue for me because I refuse to live in one.
