LSU crashed the middle every single down on that set from the 1. That last play on 4th and goal from the 6 inch line was designed to fake a handoff to the FB and then toss out to Dixon on the outside. Tyson Lee is a freakin Juco walk on who only ever got the job because every other QB we had was either hurt at the time (Chris Relf) or had already been ruined by Woody McCorvey (Wes Carrol). He shouldn't be anywhere near the QB position in Div I but currently he's the best passer we have without burning the redshirt of Tyler Russel, a guy we really need in the future.
If I had lay out a list of reasons why we lost it would go something like
1. Tyson Lee (pick 6 and stupid run up the middle)
2. Piss poor tackling on special teams (ohh that punt return)
And thats it. Everything else worked fairly well... |
to all. I wanted LSU to lose soooooo badly it ain't funny. Bonnies whole family and her are from Baton Rouge. Dixon could have went in backwards if the QB would have pitched it.
