finally got back here.....We had to evacuate our neighborhood Sunday....was able to get back in on Monday to come back for a few things we forgot....but the roads are impassable from all directions now. The neighborhood is still dry....but we are about 1/2 mile as the crow flies from the Brazos River....its out of its banks and surround it. we have a levee around it and a pumping station.....but that won't do much good for this as where would it be pumped to? DUH our levee is at 32ft.....and as of right now, the river is predicted to crest at 32ft at 1 a.m. Saturday morning. I am tracking the rivers around us using the same site as Mike.....I do have some hope, for when we evacuated the predicted level if the river near me was to crest at 40 foot.....that puts roughly 9 feet in my home.......now its down to 32ft......I keep praying for everyone.....and there is hope.
