If you will keep an eye on the last pages from time to time we have eyes on the the ground giving updates & what roads are blocked / open...biggest concern like you state are the new releases / dam crests and how they are going to affect said areas.
Folks wanting to help need to realize areas are raising / receding / raising...what may get you in, may not let you out...far from over.
Glad you and yours are safe...white wing season seems silly at this point & will be bitter sweet. We are actually trying to find local hunters as this would be our 13th annual hunt, but 90% of our buddy's are from east tx / La. Feel guilty having a good time when so many of our friends have literally lost everything. Sorta hard to wrap your head around.
