The thanks is appreciated, by all of us.
We do this because we care about the community. We don't get paid, the perks are almost non-existent, and if we do our job right we're going to get chewed out by jerks both on and off the site. But despite all that, we do what we can to help out.
So its nice to get a little appreciation here and there.
