I looked for a little while a few yrs ago trying to find a 90's version that was not wore out, rusted out or over the top miles w/o any luck.

I actually just bought a '99 2 door Tahoe LT Z71, one owner, 114K miles, full documentation Texas/Cali so no rust, in excellent condition, and paid a little over 7K and that is a steal. A 2door Tahoe in that condition I can easily flip for 10K maybe as high as 12K should I desire. A 4 door Tahoe would not even be worth half as much.
The Tahoe's used to take a big depreciation hit, but with low gas prices they are back in demand and do not depreciate as much. And I think if GM made the 2 door Tahoe's again(
and did them right) they might hold their value as well as the Ford Raptor.
My 2 cents.
