Here in Tenn. Same way everyone has guns. Hell not to long ago they just passed law were you could carry your guns in bars as long as bar didn't care. Bet Plaxico Burress wished he had played for the Titans instead of the Giants then he might not got 2 years in prison for shooting him self!
