2.0t all the way. Best bang for the buck! You can't mod the V6 at all. There are tons of mods for the 4cyl. ZZP just came out with their new ZFR turbo that can support over 500hp! You'll kick yourself if you go with a 3.6. Hell, just a tune and downpipe on a 2.0t will make more power than a 3.6 will ever make.
