The cupholder lightning can go white. Red, green, blue, white, aqua, and a color fade are all options. There may be a color I am missing though. Before you sign the papers take a good look at the holes in the rubber part of the cupholder where the lights go through. They are a pain to make and the tech can easily mess up the rubber.
If the bed lighting is anything like the full size which is very likely is it LED and it's sufficiently bright.

Thanks @JerTM! If you were closer, I'd have you install the options when my truck arrives.

Those were all questions I've had since I ordered the truck. I'm not sure when it's coming in. I ordered it on March 16 (ten weeks ago). The truck was built (VIN provided) the week of 5/15 and is still at the Wentzville plant with an event code of "4B00 - Bayed." I'm thinking something might be wrong with it as I understand this code can be used when a vehicle is pulled for QA.
