We have all been guilty of jumping too much, but if I were you I'd peck away at it in 5lb increments. Lifting heavy is so much a confidence thing and a PR is a PR. Chances are if you would have tried 410 today you would have gotten it.

Yep probably. I was pretty hyped for it but I think after a 12 hour shift maxing out probably isn't the best idea anyways.
