And that is why I <3 T-Mobile. A few years ago my father dropped his phone in the bathtub (still not sure how the hell that happened, but whatever), called T-Mobile up, explained the situation, and they just said "Well, since your account has been open since 1997 we'll just send you a new phone at no charge. Thanks for your loyalty."
