I used to be 152 a year and a half ago. By some divine doing, I went up to 174 but it was all in my belly!!! Back in October of last year, my buddy and I started to interval-run (run for a bit, walk, run for a bit, etc.) around his neighborhood. It totalled to 8 miles each day and I would wrap a plastic bag around my tummy area (sounds funny, right?).
As far as my diet, I said "forget soda, I'm drinking a nice, ice-cold glass of water from now on". So every time for lunch and dinner, I would only drink water. Throughout the day, I would go get water. I stopped eating out and would only have a ham or turkey sandwich for lunch, and for dinner I would eat smaller portions.
2 1/2 months later I went back down to 152!!!
I'm still watching what I eat and drink and I've gone down to 143...I need to start eating again so I can get back up to 155.
