They definitely look and sound amazing on the street.

The torque curve is very sportbike looking. 6k+ is where the party is at. The magazines get mid 10's around 133 mph in the 1/4 mile. That's not slow by any stretch.

Like any exotic, you're not paying for billet ivory window switches (that would be when you call Mulliner at Bentley), you're paying for insane design and a scintillating ownership experience. A not-a-car-guy friend of mine bought an Alfa 4C with the horrible assumption that more price = more quality. That couldn't be further from the truth. You're paying for the sexy design, not a functional trunk light and Lexus-esque panel gaps. Price you pay and quality can be mutually exclusive.

If you're trying to rationalize the price, it's already not a car for you. You buy it because most people can't and it makes a massive splash during a night on the town.
