A hoard of individuals, with the average IQ being somewhere between that of a groundhog and a piece of wolmanized wood. Add in some high horsepower cars, potentially alcohol & narcotics and this is the end result.  Not cool at all. It's all fun and games until a few off them get run over by a speeding vehicle.
